The rumor is the company is buying thier stock back, but don't buy on a rumor. Buy
because of the possible Amazon contracts and Panama contract, They did say they
had
sent people to these areas to see if thier equipment could be used, If it can this would
explain insiders wanting to go back private. The two areas are very important to the
value
of this comp., The major Amazon contract is said to be worth 600mil......
