I can't recall anyone calling ENMD a scam or crooked. Nor do I recall anyone saying it was headed straight for bankruptcy.

Let me quote from Anthony's "press release:"

In a tape-recorded interview this morning with Entremed employees, Pacific Investigations has learned that the wording in yesterdays press release was intentionally misleading…
...
It is clear to the investigators at Pacific that there is no economical viability for these compound (sic)

I have no objections to people shorting stocks - indeed I have successfully played ENMD from both the long and short side - but I do object to shorts attempting to influence the stock price with superficial analysis and scare tactics.

I currently have no position in ENMD.
