It has not run out of gas. It is rotating from large cap high flyers like internet stocks to low cap and basic industry/companys that work with or produce raw materials. Look at the strength of the steels today and of the oils. Look too at mutual funds that invest in Asia - my US Banks are down, my Japanese Banks are up.
