Interesting news from Plano. Sounds like Dick Brown is tightening up at the top and the bottom.

Now that the Amex deal has been renegotiated has anyone heard anything about the 200 million dollar suit with Xerox? That one could bode badly for EDS if Xerox is truly that dissatisfied.
