Catch this: The price of silver is a screaming buy, yet no one is screaming. Yesterday it slightly broke up through its tight down trend. Right now lots of guys are looking at the copper charts and saying that copper has nothing to do with silver. You have to know something is afoot when Hecla is rising. You know how it is. You can't buy because it doesn't feel right. It is uncomfortable. But mostly, it isn't the season which according to expert testimony won't start 'til September. Markets can't move without the approval of experts. And don't forget the IMF!
