been out and just tuning back in. I'll check on Hirsch canceling at ML. It is a little (but JUST a little) disconcerting as Hirsch was in much the same circumstance when ARTT presented at ML and BTAB last month.

Still, as seems obvious, it would be unusual for ARTT to announce building Europe (even though they felt they HAD to do something to preserve their licenses there, but AFAIK didn't have any impending timeframe to do so in) UNLESS they were close to SOME kind of financing. Just hope it's not a convert with shabby terms.
