Regarding piracy, that is something all software companies deal with. Just about all software products are available on rogue crack sites usually located offshore. I've seen them in Fiji and Russia.

macromedia sells tools and most users want to try them out before they buy. Distributing a 30 day evaluation version over the Web is much more efficient and less costly than sending evaluation CDROMS in the mail. If some people pirate it, so what it is the cost of doing business.

Too bad that some programmers devote their energies to cracking evaluation schemes. I guess if they could really program they'd start their own software companies and get rich, eh? These pirates are, as my merchant marine brother in law would say, "not worth the steam off my s%#t.
