While there are 'psychological' explanations for people buying or selling at support and resistance lines in individual stocks, based on their prior actions, I have never been able to satisfactorily explain them to myself on indexes like the XAU ... I am not sure that I explained that well ... What I mean is that today's XAU is based on different stock prices than existed at the same XAU level some time ago, which makes comparing peoples actions at both points somewhat like comparing apples and oranges ... Does that make sense? :-)) John PS - The reason I put a one line heading on almost all of my posts is so people that are not interested can skip them.
