Mr. Hodgkin,

You are not well informed! The offer of Slobodan Milosovic was a bad
joke! His offered the NATO to stop bombing, and then he would settle
with Ibrahim Regova, the Kosovar leader (that is actually a priosner
in Belgrade!!) He even would accept un-armed obervors!! He is not reay
to make peace! NATO didn't start bombing to make peace on Milosovic's
terms. The terems are already set by NATO and he has the choice to
accept or refuse them, in crude words, NATO says to hime take ìt or
leave it!!
I just watched an interview by RAI TV with the head of DUMA! He admits
that Russia can not do anything, and doesn't have the will to convince
Milosovic to accept the terms set by NATO! He thinks that the Serbs will eventually give-up, but Russia is not willing to do the dirty work for the NATO!!
