Convergys has been chosen by CIO magazine as one of the top 100 companies positioned for success in the new millennium. In the UK, Convergys also recently won two Smart Awards, based on client recommendations for specific areas of excellence. Convergys will begin running advertising in two trade magazines for the utilities industry this month. The ad promotes Convergys' billing and call center solutions in helping utilities compete and grow during industry deregulation. Ads will appear in Utility Business in April and November and in Public Utility Fort Nightly in April, July and October.
