Dee Jay, you have a point about futility of speculating on Mr. Ejabat's lifestyle and doing so serves no purpose.
However, he did provide a useful data point which people can add to their knowledge base for decision making.
I would lighten up at a good price if I were in Mr. E's shoes.
It seems with options/stock selling the insiders can't win either way: that is if they sell at low(look they are dumping!), medium (!they expect the price to fall!), high (they are convinced that the price will go down!) prices.
While insider buying is a better metric to apply in decision making, insider selling, I am afraid, is not that useful.
