Drilling underway at South Midas Romarco recently started its 1998 exploration program at our South Midas property in Nevada. The initial phase is a $150,000 program consisting of 3,000 feet of drilling in four (4) holes. This program would likely be expanded on favorable results. I expect good results as the stock is technically positioned for a strong upward move. The overbought condition that existed in January has reverted to deeply oversold on a short term basis. Of course, the Pogo area may get some action fairly soon, so we could get strength generated from that too. I'm a buyer of the stock here. Best regards, Dale
