re: any idea on how many shares he holds? Gee, Richard, why not just ask me. It's no secret. I mentioned it here a long time ago. I have 100,000 restricted shares which I bought for $.05 directly from Crawford Shaw. Many stockholders got their shares for less when the stock was at the $.02 to $.04 range recently and can trade them freely. __________________________ Marc Stager
