New short interest #'s--------------->

ChemTrak 2/14/97 787,336
1/15/97 705,171

Percent change 11%
-----------------------------------------------------

The numbers are from page B14 Wall Street Journal Thursday, February 27. Can you say a short squeez on any good news? I thinkl we all might see the reason for the decline in price. That is where the extra selling came from. People probally came in and shorted it at 2.5 when the colocare deal was announcement. We will most likely see some of those shorts close there positions soon. There is more money to be made than the small amount you can shorting CMTR. Another note: The short interest also increased because as investors exercise their warrents they will also short the stock to take out alot of the risk. It is very artificial on such a stock as CMTR. I really can't wait till the next good news release (shipment to Astra-Merck hopefully) maybe we will get a short squezze going.

As Always,

Art
