* OT * I can feel the pain of that incident, though it happened before my birth. I never meant to imply we are perfect, taxman. The incident you cited happened almost 60 years ago. I think our current actions in Europe show we've learned a lot since then. My grandparents emigrated to the USA from middle Europe. I visited there last year, and am damned happy they did. Unfortunately, even our incredible wealth and size does not give us the opportunity to absorb the billions who would like to emigrate to the USA. Helping those who wish to emulate our way of life in their own homeland is the only viable alternative. Frank
