Sales OnLine Direct is to earn a commission on any orders placed by shoppers who go to the Shades.com site from Auction Inc.'s website located at www.auctioninc.com. The company expects this to add to its current revenue stream. Sales OnLine Direct is proud to offer Shades.com products to our more than 3 million visitors.

This announcement follows Auction Inc.'s announcement of its acceptance into agreements with; K-Tel International Inc.
