It could be any number of things. What shares are out there are being held close. There was a lot of shareholders that I know who will not sell, they are in at .28 or less and will stay until the IPO happens. I know of one share holder with 125k shares @.28 or less and the minute it went over $3.00 his broker was calling yelling sell, sell,. The M/M's need shares.The news on this one got out prior to the M/M's loading their wheel barrows. I am long on the stock. I want to see $20.00 pre IPO... JMHO.. do your own due diligence.
