Sure john, you must be newbie to the stock, welcome to the MYNG thread. I suggest you start with all the MYNG filing with the SEC. Go right up to the time when they were Beneficial Capital Financial Services Corp (on or round about 03/29/94). There are 45 filings so it should keep you busy. Try Edgar online, they have them all. You will find many facts there. Remember if they lie to the Sec they get in trouble, and remember that the SEC just dropped the case the other day. This is usually done when there is no grounds to pursue the case further. So many facts, happy reading. Probart
