I also have noticed that Bay's price is holding up remarkably well, even though all of the other companies in the sector are down, most by a substantial amount. I'm glad for Bay (and me), but I am also puzzled as to why COMS is down 3 points and USRX up just a 1/4 as of 3 pm. Clearly, there is a negative reaction today to the proposed merger, and a somewhat positive reaction to Bay. But why? Vic
