FG;

Before anyone gets into hysterics, do you know the 144 regs? Stock is usually free trading after 180 days. Now, if ZSUN had filings, we would be able to check whether they are using the customary 180 days, or whether the Momentum principals agreed to a different lock-up period.

But, there is no filing. So how can anyone tell?

The IR flacks might tell you one thing, but without filings, who knows?

So, because ZSUN has refused to file documents on a timely basis, indeed, at all, it is only prudent to assume 180 days.

If ZSUN wants to prove that there is a 365 day lockup, then they should have issued an 8k at the time of the acquisition, stating so.

Buyer Beware!
