FG; My reply stands, I, and all reasonable persons, would have to assume a standard 180 days lock-up period. Why? Because ZSUN has left us no choice BUT to assume the standard period because they have failed to file any documents pertaining to the merger. The only thing that would change my, and any reasonable third-party's mind would be having ZSUN issue a FILING, not a press release, stating otherwise (and issues the NT filings telling the world why it is so late). I am not asking them to rush their 10K, only to show their 8K or DEF14A, relating to the acquisition of Momentum. Buyer Beware!
