Russian government doesn't want to get involved. Despite all rehtoric,
they have no army nor will and money to raise one. They could careless about Serbs. But their pride is hurt. For years they thought they were a superpower. Serbia is in their backyard, they share the same language, alphabet, and church, and yet they are helpless! They entered the first world war to defend Serbia! Despite their weakness, they are still and Atomic power, and things can get out of hand!
