To: Lawrence Burg: On your list of the 15th. the stock I know and love is CICI. It does seem a little tired here, but I understand some very interesting developments are taking place, and it is building a strong base in this 2-1/2 dollar range. I think (for practical purposes) this is the new floor). Also an investors meeting in NYC; April 20/21 should bring is many new people, maybe not immediately. Smart professionals sometimes like to watch and study for a while. I would hate to see any of the faithful "lighten their load" at this point and maybe miss a big move. You also might want to check our Rare Medium (RRRR)it has moved big; but this could be the beginning of a great internet play. Rob Tap
