There's about 1.9million shares out/ 900,000 float, i think less! They provide steel erection for building, roadway and bridge repair projects for general contracters who have been hired by private and government clients. Last 96 Fiscal Year ending on June 30 the company had a loss of .46cents, Well for the 1997 first quarter ending Sept 30 they reported a profit of .21 cents. THis stock has been manipulated down to below one in the last 6 months due to naked short sellers going after the market maker in this stock who was State Street Capital Markets(gone know) USBR is actively seeking new market makers and believe that as earnings improve there will be more interest in the stock. Greatly Undervalued and over the last two months stock has settled down and I believe the shorts are gone! MAtt
