john, I am having the best time. I do not eat cornflakes (post toasties) but prefer steak and eggs with lots of hot sauce for my breakfast. I had chicken, eggs, 3 cups of strong coffee and blueberry muffins today and they are going through very well, tomorrow back to steak, with catfish on Sunday. I do a lot of physical work here on the ranch so it burns away fast. What do you Northern folks eat for breakfast - Musk Ox? Probart
