Scott and all:

News out today that Sepracor is planning to issue over 2M Chrx shares
in offering coming up soon; underwriters will have option for additional shares if oversubscribed. No idea when or for what price but you may some price weakness for a few weeks until the air is cleared. Good time to buy more form Smith Barney , et.al.
