his power, no one elses. Right or wrong? Answer that question.

Actually, wrong.

The same people who predicted the rout in Kosovo if Nato started bombing are also predicting that if Milosovic does accept Nato's terms he will be deposed immediately by truly hard liners who will make you long to have Milosovic back. Surprising as it may seem to you, Milosovic is generally a moderate. Nato turned him into what he is by intentionally backing him into a corner and refusing him an exit. Even the smallest and meekest dog, if you back it into a corner and keep poking it with sticks, will eventually bare its teeth.

And don't get on that high horse of yours you always get on at this point of calling me a Milosovic lover or sympathizer or all that garbage you typically spew if anybody says anything truthful about Milosovic. I don't like the guy, I think what has happened in Kosovo is a tragedy, I think he should have been stopped a long time ago Which would have happened by diplomatic means months ago if Albright hadn't gotten her pride hurt and wanted to play with her toys before she got booted out of office.)

The difference between you and me is that I'm honest enough to recognize that a) this not a white hat-black hat situation, and b) Nato had the last clear chance to stop this, keep the Albanians safe in Kosovo, and save many lives, and decided their pride was too important to accept a diplomatically negotiated solution.
