It is in the lastest filing at http:\\www.freeedgar.com The conversion is for 1.5 shares for every warrant. Effectively lowering the conversion to $ 6.01. Still takes $ 9 dollars of your money to get the 1.5 shares. Expiration date is still 17 July,1999. jcmoore
