Something is indeed going on. This type of price action for NSM is highly unusual. I don't think it can fully be attributed to Barrons, the results that MOT posted, and the recent realization that Asia may be turning around (also, AMD's remarks about their non CPU businesses experiencing high order rates). I can not believe that NSM will punt Cyrix just when they are about ready to release new integrated products. But if they are, it will be the last nail in the coffin of the dreams that many of us had for Cyrix investment potential. We will be left in a company (NSM) that we did not originally purchase, and that no longer has the potential to gain from the company (Cyrix) and products that we were betting on. If NSM sells Cyrix, I think that Brian Halla must also have to go.

Pravin.
