This exceeded company expectations, since contract order deliveries did not start until the latter part of the quarter.

Microphonics Announces Contracts with Ford, General Motors, NASCAR and Summarizes 1999 Contracts
to Date
NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 1999--Microphonics (OTC Bulletin Board: MRPS -
news), microphonics.com (MRPS), of Nashville, Tenn. announces and summarizes the current
contracts for sale of their revolutionary new Ultraphonics products that locate and analyze problems with
mechanical, underground and rotating machinery that have been difficult to discover without the use of
this technology. Utililizing our patent pending "signature sound" technology our Ultraphonics devices
enable our customers to conduct cost-cutting preventative maintenance and ensure quality.
Due to the success of our sales team we are pleased to announce the current condition of contracts for our
Ultraphonics technology. The following represents contracts that are already in place with Microphonics
(OTC BB:MRPS) for the year 1999 and beyond. Open & Blanket purchase orders do extend beyond the
year 1999.
FORD
Ford Motor Company (hyperlink here and company symbol) has contracted with Microphonices to purchase 6,553 has
contracted with Microphonices to purchase A07 Ultraphonics Diagnostics device for installation at Ford
dealerships throughout the U.S. When completed, the contract revenues will exceed $1,400,000 to
Microphonics.
FORD EUROPE ( SPX etc.)
Ford Europe (hyperlink here) has contracted with Microphonices to purchase 9,700 units of our Model
A07 Ultraphonics Automotive Diagnostics device sold through SPX (fill in who and hyperlink). When
completed, the contract revenues will exceed $2,100,000 to Microphonics.
F&M MAFCO
F&M Mafco (hyperlink here and company symbol), one of our distributors for x states to their clients in the x industry has
contracted with Microphonices to purchase 1,000 units of our Model 111RCK Ultraphonics Industrial
Diagnostics device. When completed, the contract revenues will exceed $1,400,000 to Microphonics.

NASCAR
NASCAR, (hyperlink and company symbol) after extensive observations of our success in predicting engine failures prior to
races has contracted to purchase multiple 111RCK units. In addition, by ARKA, Busch Series & Truck
Series is leading to multiple purchases from numerous team & automotive dealers who want to use this
state of the art technology.
JUD-TECH
Jud-Tech Inspections, (hyperlink and company symbol) our western Canadian distributor to the oil service industry has signed
an ongoing contracted with Microphonics which will exceed $500,000 revenue to Microphonics over the
next 12 - 18 months.
GENERAL MOTORS
A General Motors (hyperlink and company symbol) Blanket purchase order gives Microphonics approved vendor status, which
allows Microphonics to call on G.M. Plants throughout North America, along with simplifying the
purchasing process. We have already delivered in excess of $60,000 worth of units and have appointments
with nine more plants over the next 90 days. Following training, we expect these plants to purchase
multiple units.
Mr. Jimmy Gayle, CEO of Microphonics, is continuing contract discussions with over 100 additional
organizations in the automotive, oil, manufacturing, chemical, et.etc.etc.
industries. We are pleased to announce to our shareholders that these contracts and
open purchase orders insure that 1999 will be profitable for Microphonics. We also expect to be adding to
these contracts, along with signing on distributors on a regular basis and will keep our shareholders well
