Handing over of Kosovo to NATO would have been totally unacceptable for Serbs. It is like Mexicans ask Americans to hand over Texas!! The last time Serbs got mad at their king for having given territory away was arround the turn of the century! They went to the Royal Palace in Belgrade and cut him into pieces! Milosovic would have ended-up the same way if he had accepted. But then he and his Interrior ministry troops are responsible for the crime of the century. What they are doing to Albanians is as bad as what the Nazi's did to Jews, and I know!!!
As long as you are a law abiding citizen, then what you do in your house is your business! Now you start to kill your kids and cluber your wife to death(God forbid!) you loose your right and the police can rightfully break inot your house and put and stop to you! By the same token, Milosovic has lost the right over Kosovo and Kosovars. He must be stopped! As for UN initiatives, pls. note
that UN has failed in every peace making inititive in the history,
in Bosnia, in Southeren Lebanon, in Congo, in , etc! If it wasn't becasue of the direct US and NATO intervnetion, the mass murder of Bosnians by serbs would have continued under the nose of UN troops! In short words, the UN missions have been "f--- ups!!" |
