I have never made biscotti. Now, I feel as if I have been Missing Out. Of course, I like biscott, but at $1 a little biscuit I rarely indulge. Not that I don't have the dollar, but it just seems obscene. I see that the solution has been staring me in the face, all these years. Make biscotti. Why didn't I think of that? Now, if I could just persuade one of the children to light the oven. I haven't been able to kneel for a while, and unfortunately, I did a very good job of teaching them never to play with matches.
