WE did a long discertation on the broadening of hte market in our report a week ago. Value line minus the S&P gave buy signal today and this confirms what I had said. Small is outperforming now and boradenign market out. My count on the Dow was 13M on the 100 box. Also have been recommending the cyclicals for weeks now. Tom
