HI Steve. "This is called a crossed market which during the trading session is considered a violation with few exceptions. This wouldn't be what I would deem an open marketplace for this stock." If this is a violation, why is something not done about it by the powers that be? May be a stupid question but I just do not understand why this is allowed. TIA Monty
