From today's press release: <<The Company also announced that it had raised gross proceeds of $5 million from the private placement of 14% Senior Convertible Debentures due April 15, 2002 >> Nice of them to forget mentioning that their 14% money converts to stock at $5. Nearly a 50% discount to the price on the closing date. Where can I buy shares at half price?
