El: I sometimes wish I could give myself over to beer, drugs or some other anxiety-reducing substance, but I was brought up the old fashioned way and try to use my mind to deal with anxieties. I used to throw myself agressively into sports and got some nice euphoria from that. Now I'm reduced to trotting off to the local health club, but that can be relaxing, too.
