I agree ~ a dollar a biscott is queasy. Rude even. It's just a damn biscuit. But no, it isn't, because it has an exotic name and it's in the coffee shop or bakery and costs a dollar a pop and that OBVIOUSLY means YOU COULDN'T POSSIBLY EVER MAKE ONE YOU STOOPID FOOL GIVE ME YOUR DOLLAR AND SIT DOWN. It took about eight years ~ no kidding ~ for even MJ to figure out we could make biscotti. She does that kind of stuff. Surprises the heck out of me. "You can do that?" "Sure. I found a recipe." When she hands me the cookie I look around like it's a joint or something. Seriously. It's spooky. Not sposed to have that.
