I like the Netgear Cards too. They use a DEC chipset. I think the intel has better driver support. The DEC chipset is also not as fast as the Intel chipset.

no such thing technically as 10/100 hub. getting between 10/100 requires a layer 2 bridge which is an active device. So technically it would no longer be just a hub. nuff with techicalites.. Considering a full blown 8 port 10/100 switch is under $300 I think considering other options like hubs, or switching hubs is a waste of time. Go for the gusto....
