Bob:

I fully share your frustration about IR hiding this hat behind the door about their Directors selling, but if you really take a closer look at the quantities they sold, I don't they amount to anything substantial. Mind you, it is very true that psychology plays a big role on WallStreet, and Mutual Fund Managers don't like to see large volumes placed on the auction block by insiders.

Take a look at all the major Pharma and Biotechs stocks and you will notice that most of them were given a very rude awakening this last week (obviously not to the same extent SEPR's hit was). I am very glad that this frickett week of Tax Selling and Option Expiration is finally over. I must say, I chickened out yesterday on executing my selling the April Naked Puts. My head is still spinning around and I am going to use this week-end to try to relax and get my amo back on track, otherwise, I am going to be left stranded on the street with any "Underwear" !!!!!! Good Luck.
