Hi Stang, Yes, I'm still around - basically sitting on the sidelines watching with interest. I have virtually no contact at all with management, but I do have faith in their abilities. I am very happy with the choice of replacement counsel. Graham James is certainly a large, respected firm with a top-notch IP practice. In my humble opinion (and I'm not an expert, attorney or techie), Judge Jones's interpretation of the claims was overly narrow. I and many people I know who hold substantial positions in E-data, look forward to the possibilities for the company on its legal appeals. Obviously, there's a new PR firm in the picture and that's most likely the reason for the recent activity. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to raise cash to finance some of my own start-up activities - at prices considerably below the current market. On the bottom line - I think that E-data is far from dead! Good luck! :)
