Richie... EP was under INCREDIBLE PRESSURE as Ted David questoined him. He may have finally, as a result of this episode and TD's interview, gotten the point. would be nice to see him admit his mistakes and vow to lead the company to the top. He really is in the same kinda position that Clinton was after the "I'm gonna say this again and I want you to listen to me" lie. If Clinton woulda come forward and said that he was wrong, he woulda rec'd quicker forgiveness. Of course it woulda had legal ramifications. All EP has is a bunch of flaky class action law suits. I think if P says the right things during the cc and at the shareholdes meeting that it would go a long way with the shareholders and Wall Street. Is he too proud, hard-headed, or dumb? we'll see. btw, did you see the nice note that the thread rec'd from td after he grilled EP??? El
