I agree, but whenever attorneys get into the picture it gets cloudy.

You never can be 100% of the outcome of the legal proceedings.

I feel more confident about the ultimate results of the phase III in progress.

I will be glad when we hear all the legal problems are out of the way.

I remain long and confident on the ultimate outcome.
