The ones I've seen range from a low of $1.00 for Bear Stearns (who still rates CPQ attractive) to a high of $1.40 for Prudential (who rates CPQ a strong buy.)

Three others are in the $1.15-1.25 range: Goldman, 1st Boston, and Alex Brown.
