I recorded the conference call and digitized it on my computer (real audio (3 megabytes)):
Sanders said in response to Scott Randalls question:
"All we would like to say is that for the mix that we had in the entirety we had a $78 asp. Based upon the competive environment we are facing we think it is prudent to assume that the ASPs for the K6-2 would be no better than that. If we get a richer mix that will be great but for planning purposes we are assuming that the progress we making on the speed roadmap will enable us on Q2 to at least maintain that ASP. Obviously the K6-III is a higher priced part and we see a strong demand for the K6-III"
You will find the ASP for K6-2 <= 450Mhz to be $79 in my spreadsheet.
