TORONTO, ONTARIO--
Hall Train Entertainment Inc. is pleased to announce that the Company has agreed to an "Arms's Length" Private Placement of $180,000, with Pacton Limited for 3,600,000 Common Shares at a price of $0.05 per share.
The Proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to create a Travelling Exhibit featuring the new Canadian territory of Nunavut. For the past five years Hall Train Entertainment has been a prime contractor in building many successful Travelling Exhibits such as the "Dinosaurs of Jurassic Park: The Lost World" and now the company is embarking on a new course of owning its own exhibits. Therefore, not only will Hall Train Entertainment derive revenues from corporate sponsorships, ticket sales, merchandising etc. it will retain ownership of the models displayed in the Nunavut exhibit. Thus the entire exhibit becomes an integral part of Hall Train Entertainment's asset base.
In addition, the Board of Directors has unanimously voted to accept the resignation of Lawrence Keller as a Director of the Company and is pleased to announce that Greg Roberts of Jacksonville Beach, Florida has been appointed a Director of Hall Train Entertainment. Mr. Roberts will act as a financial consultant to the Company and assist in funding specific future projects.
