Common sense leads me to believe that BII will begin trading on NASDAQ as of this coming Monday.

1) BII meets all the LISTING REQUIREMENTS set by Nasdaq

2) The filing process takes approximately 60 days. The application was initially filed mid February.

3) BIDS symbol was reserved for BII. They would not have removed the name from Biddesford & Sacco Waterworks, the previous owner of symbol, if the application would have been rejected.

4) The Garth Turner news report of last week suggesting Godin expected trading on Nasdaq to begin April 19th.

5) Entry in TSE 300 index is DONE

6) Canadian Fund Managers have bought their share of stock...Fewer shares now in circulation.

7) Monday is the most likely day of the week to begin trading a new stock.

8) While we were all anxiously awaiting a Press Release, we neglected to consider that this is not an IPO. No fanfare was necessary prior to Nasdaq as this would have created a last minute rush to buy shares and could possibly have resulted in a downturn come first day at Nasdaq. Best have everyone scrambling to buy shares on Monday (in Nasdaq). This sudden rush to the stock would be the best exposure BII could ask for in US...better than any premature Press Release.

9) ATI simply began trading on Nasdaq ...NO press Release

10) Godin wanted to read Dagan's posts for a couple more days

PS - Those who have shares , well consider yourselves at least $10 richer come Monday morning. Those who don't ...SORRRRRRY
