Joe,
I am trying to figure out the serious dilution back in 1996-1997. Do you know if that was just the normal release of shares after the IPO in 1995? There are about half-million exercisable options at about $2 ....significant for the low number of outstanding shares....not good. However, I understand the need to attract and retain good people.
