susan.........Keep in mind that TNRG will retain 70% ownership of TIPS. Therefore, it seems to me that after the distribution the price of either will not depart in a direction or magnitude markedly different than the other. It is the Internet connection and specifically Chinese Internet connection that has captured investor's interest. I think there is a lot of blue-sky potential here because of that, that is impossible to put a price on right now. You have to decide what is best for your interest, but in my case I think I will hold onto both TNRG and TIPS for the homerun potential (well, maybe isolate some profit along the way). Charles
