Kirk: Thanks for the summary. Very interesting marketing strategy...simple. Companies currently spend millions (if not billions) on various direct mail and other marketing strategies, all of which I suspect have very small "hit" rates. The uncertainty, of course, is whether e-commerce customers will bite. Given human nature, I suspect they will. Also...much cheaper to send a million e-ads over the net than a million bulk-rate flyers. Also, much easier to develop a targeted "profile" on these customers. Sacry, but real.

One question: If the stock was issued in a private placement, then where did the shares trading on the BB come from?
