When the big boys dump, it usually implies that all hell has broken lose and that the price support we small investors look for will not exist...in the short term at the least.
It also means that things are about to get pretty ugly over the next six to nine months as the stock heads lower to test new lows.
It also means that our emotions will most likely interfere with our ability to dump this dog and move on. Past experience tells me to
sell now and buy back later when it has dropped 25% - 50%. Could we be looking at a $7 1/2 stock. The options market certainly is telling us that $7 1/2 is not too far away. The 7 1/2 puts are now trading.
